Implementation Phase

There is nothing required of you to implement the Plan. The Complete Comply analyst will handle the assignment.

After you provide your company information the Complete Comply analyst takes over. All you need to do is add employee census data for any employee not in your Health Plan.

The Complete Comply™ software has been designed especially to simplifies the compliance process.


Based on the information you provide the system will prepare a USER Guide that will contain all of the info you need for reference or to assist with compliance.

Whats in the User Guide:

    • Massachusetts Compliance Plan
    A client specific outline of all of the employer’s responsibilities under the new mandates. This Compliance Plan is a detailed roadmap of the activities that must be performed and the deadlines that must be met to insure compliance. It includes all of the legal, regulatory and administrative components that must be taken into account.
    • Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Document that contains all of the provisions of a Federal and State required Cafeteria Plan. All you need to do is sign the Cafeteria Plan Adoption Agreement document and save a copy in your files
    • Employer HIRD document provide information for employer to submit to Massachusetts DUA online.
