Self Service Software

Self Service compliance is provided by our web enabled ComplyPRO eXpress software. This software is designed to enable employers to comply with the emerging state level mandates that employees have healthcare coverage. These mandates require significant administrative, reporting and communications efforts. While this can be done without software support, the Complete Comply™ software has been designed especially to simplifies the compliance process.

What does a user receive?

Each user receives a subscription liscence to use the software over the internet. They register, are verified and then receive a Login and Password that is unique to them and their organization. They can then use the Portal located at http://www.bencorpusa.com

What does a user have to do?

Our expert analysts have created a software program that guides you, step by step, through the process of Compliance. Online assistance and support form our e-comply support staff is also available to help you.
    Step 1.Provide basic Company data, answer a few questions and define your needs.
    Step 2. Then add new employees to the roster as they are hired or as they decline or waive your Healthcare Plan. If you do not offer Healthcare to any employees, then enter all employees into the system.

The Complete Comply™ Self Service system does the rest, automatically.


What is the best way to see if you can use the software?

We can describe its features and tell you its easy but the best way for you to tell if it works for you is to try it be. You can use the Full sysytem, all features. If you are not 100% satisfied ALL OF YOUR MONEY will be refunded.


The Cost:

There are 2 components to the Self Service cost
    •Annual License Fee of $195 or a MONTHLY payment of $20 (billed via CREDIT CARD)
    • Per Employee Fee of $25 for managing the compliance effort for a particular employee. This fee is charged monthly only for those employees that are subject to the HIRD form requirement.
    An Example: If you employed 50 employees and 20 did not have your Healthcare (5 were not eligible and 15 were eligible and waived coverage your First year cost would be $795 ($295 in liscence and $500 for HIRD kits sent ($25 X 20ee).

Even though the sysytem is seamless when it runs, it is useful to think of the system guiding 3 different phases. Each phase is explained briefly here and in detail by following the "more" links
    1. Requirements Analysis: The user provides the basic info organizational information guided by the WIZARD more
    2. Implementation: Automatically done by system. The activities necessary to compliance such as Cafeteria Plan document preparation, the distribution of employee communication materials and providing data to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Mass Connector are initiated. The system handles all of these tasks. more
    3. Management: Automatically done by system. Compliance is not a one time event; it is a continual process. There are tasks to be performed as new employees are hired, plan effective dates approach and when information is required by the Commonwealth.
