You can do this either on a web page or on a paper form that can be faxed or mailed to our office. BCA will review the information you submit and arrange for either a meeting or a phone call to explain the process and what will be required of your organization. The BCA analyst will prepare a USER Guide that will contain all of the info you need for reference or to assist with compliance.
• Massachusetts Compliance Plan a client specific outline all of the employer’s responsibilities under the new mandates. This Compliance Plan a detailed roadmap of the activities that must be performed and the deadlines that must be met to insure compliance. It includes all of the legal, regulatory and administrative components that must be taken into account.
• Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and includes instructions on all Federal and State required Cafeteria Plan testing.
• Employer HIRD document provide information for employer to submit to Massachusetts DUA online.
• Review and Acceptance Meeting: Based on your review and acceptance of the Plan the BCA analyst will implement the program for your Organization.
