Our assignments are very directed in their scope. For example; while others would focus on employee benefit administration; BCA will focus on one specific aspect of the process such as the interaction between the HRIS sysytem and the enrollment of employees in the various plans.

Our products such as Complete Comply™ are designed to provide point solutions; in this case we are focused on the stautory compliance requirements in connection with State centric Healthcare Compliance requirements. Our first implementation for Massachusetts, the first mover in mandating Healthcare coverage be obtained, is now available.

Technology

All of our solutions are heavily dependant on a technology infrastructure that we have created. We re-use components that we have created and combine them with new technologies that we have developed. The result is a very automated approach to delivering a solution. This automation and scaling is reflected in the speed with which we can deploy a solution and the low cost to the client.
