Software as a service (SaaS) is a software delivery model where the application and all its functionality is hosted by BCA for use by our clients over the Internet. Customers do not buy the software to install but instead pay a fee for a liscence ( which we call a subscription) to use the software over the internet. Since the software is available on the web there is no software to install or maintain.

Our flagship compliance software product is called Complete Comply. It was first released for General Availability on May 1, 2008.

If you are a small employer with fewer than 25 employees you may be eligible to use the software at no cost! You will have all of the functionality of the regular software but will not have access to our experts or to our fullfilment services, where we produce, mail and then scan the employee communicatios and the HIRD forms. The software is provided as a service to smaller employers.
