Plan Communications

BCA was the contractor to the Prospect Institute for the creation of a worksite website to distribute Section 529 Plans. Prospect provides employers with a high-value, low-touch, low-cost, self-service voluntary benefits program that provides employees with the necessary tools to choose the best financial products to fund their children’s education. In addition to providing access to all 50 state sponsored 529 College Saving Plans, the company markets an array of investment completion products (combinations of life and disability products). Payroll Deduction Support

Since 1995 BCA has been involved in the support of several payroll deduction programs that provide payments direct from payroll to voluntary benefits such as Auto Homeowner programs. Our ongoing projects include a project covering 3000 lives with a weekly payroll supports. The files are sent and received from Liberty Mutual and from Merastar (Prudential) in a totally secure encrypted fashion via our copyrighted proprietary platform.

Retiree Management Systems

BCA has developed a variety of systems designed to enable employee benefit enrollment and communications among retirees, healthcare, dental, vision and vendors and other Insurance carriers. The systems manages all activities including call center, issue assignment and tracking, premium collection via ACH, check, credit card etc.
