The Cost for a Complete Comply Outsourcing Service subscription :
	There are 2 cost components to the Complete Comply subscription. Complete Comply Outsourcing plus	• Subscription Fee of $25 Monthly (billed on a monthly basis via CREDIT CARD or paid in full up front at a discount ie. $249.00) plus • Per Employee Fee of $10* for managing the compliance effort for a particular employee. This is a per employee fee, based on a sliding scale depending on the number of employees receiving HIRD form requests.

*Note: This per employee fee is charged only for those employees that are subject to the HIRD form requirement i.e. those employees not eligible for the employer Healthcare or those who are eligible but have waived the employer plan. Below is the way volume of services a user consumes affects the cost.

An Example: If a company had 30 employees who were eligible for HIRD forms the cost would be $300 (30 X $10). If a Company had 50 employees who received HIRD Kits the cost would be $500 year.
