Our service, called Complete Comply is an outsourcing service that provides you with access to a skilled compliance specialist that will perform the various activities that are required for your organization to be in full compliance with Massachusetts Healthcare Reform regulations. The service is easy to use and inexpensive.

Complete Comply provides essentially 2 major services:
1.) Access to a compliance expert who is assigned to your account.
2.) Recordkeeping, Publishing and storage of employee materials that are required to document your compliance efforts.

Complete Comply is available on a subscription basis, either by paying a monthly subscription of $25 or by paying $249 annually in advance. This subscription fee provides your organization with the services of a skilled compliance specialist that is assigned to your case as well as access to our secure website where you can monitor your compliance effort.

The only additional cost, above the subscription fee, is when BCA sends an Enrollment and Compliance Guide to an employee as required by the law. These guides are only sent to those employees that do not have your company sponsored Health Insurance. There is a $10 Per Employee Fee for managing this compliance effort.
(Note: This per employee fee includes preparing multiple guides, postage outbound, follow up notice, scanning forms that are returned and storage as required by The Massachusetts Health Care Reform bill (Chapter 58 of the Acts of 2006) to insure participant compliance).
