Kenneth F. Phillips

Mr. Phillips is the Founder and Chairman of BCA. He has developed and managed several businesses that are focused on different facets of Total Benefit Outsourcing and Human Resource Outsourcing. He has an extensive 30 year track record of introducing new financial and employee benefit concepts to employees and is one of the founders of the concept of personalized employee communications, now a commonly used strategy for employee communications, benefit plan enrollment and employee benefit and total compensation statements.

Mr. Phillips began his career in the Retirement Services and Actuarial Software industry, where he was the primary architect for development of administrative systems required to support the emerging Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Industry. After the sale of this software startup in 1971, he worked with a number of companies, including Fidelity and DST, to assist in their deployment of retirement plan technology.

Ken was the founder and President and Chairman of Employee Communication Services (ECS); a software and employee benefit communications consultancy that was formed in 1972 and re-capitalized in 1999 by Warburg Pincus to become the nucleus of a new venture known as Workscape http://www.workscape.com Ken was the Product Visionary and Principal at Workscape until leaving in December 2002. In addition he also serves as:

• Author of a reference text published by Panel Publication “Communicating Employee Benefits...An ERISA Legal Perspective.”

Conal B. Loughrey

Mr. Loughrey is the Chief Technology Officer of the Benefit Corporation of America and is responsible for all software development and deployment.

Mr. Loughrey began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) developing and managing large data warehousing, HR, Payroll and Benefits systems in Europe and the US systems for Fortune 500 & FTSE 100 clients. He left PwC in 2002 in order to develop opportunities in the wider technology sector and has led the development of a number of innovative technology products in a diverse range of industries including the financial sector, telecommunications and healthcare industry.

Additionally he has served as Chief Technology Officer of the Prospect Institute for Educational Finance and Managing Director of Mamore Technologies, a software development and consultancy organization based in Belfast, Northern Ireland

Robert C. Townes

Mr. Townes is the Vice President, Client Communications and Compliance

Bob is an accomplished communications professional with a sustained record of providing strategic counsel and tactical direction to internal and external audiences. He is a creative, resourceful and hands-on communications manager with excellent analytic, interpersonal and platform skills and has developed a specific focus on employee benefit compliance efforts that utilize his experience as an ERISA attorney.

He is overseeing the development and is implementation of Complete Comply™, a groupware product that automates the production, maintenance and distribution of ERISA compliant summary plan descriptions (SPD).

He began his career in the insurance industry at Prudential and the Travelers and was recently at Fidelity Employer Services Company, where he was Director of Strategic Communications. He also has corporate experience at Raytheon Company as Director of Human Resources Communications and Organizational Development.
