ComplyPRO eXpress is self service software and an outsorced employee Kit publishing service which is designed to enable employers to comply with the complex state level requirements concerning healthcare coverage. These mandates require significant administrative, reporting and communications efforts. While this can be done without software support, the ComplyPRO eXpress software simplifies and automates the compliance process.

Because it is accessed over the web, no installation or maintenance is required.

How it Works:

You can pay via credit card and then you provide: The system does the rest of the work for you, determining eligibility, sending kits to each eligible employee, sending data to the Mass Connector etc. It’s all automatic. And if you feel you need a little more help,for any reason you can add our Concierege Service for only an additional $30 per month.



The Cost:



There are 2 components to the Self Service cost

    • Subscription Fee of $20 per month or $195 Annual paid in advance (billed via CREDIT CARD)
    • Sliding Fee Per Employee of $25 per employee* per year for managing the compliance effort for a particular employee.

    This fee is charged only for those employees that are subject to the HIRD form requirement and to whom we send a kit. This will normally be a small population consisting essentially of those employees not in the company sponsored healthcare plan, either because they are ineligible or because they are eligible but have waived participation.
      • Adding Concierge Service..you can add this service for an additional $30 per month or for an annual payment of $295 (a savings of $65).
* For first 100 employees per year $25 per employee
From 101 to 200 employees per year $20 per employee
From 201 to 500 employees per year $15 per employee
Over 500 employees per year $10 per employee


An Example: If a company had 30 employees who were eligible for HIRD forms the cost would be $750 (30 X $25).
If a Company had 125 employees who received HIRD Kits the cost would be $3,000 per year ( First 100 X $25, the 25 X $20).
