The Cost:

There are 2 components to the Complete Comply cost
Subscription Fee of $25 per month or $249 Annual paid in advance (billed via CREDIT CARD)
Fee Per Employee of $10 per employee* per year for managing the compliance effort for a particular employee.
This fee is charged only for those employees that are subject to the HIRD form requirement and to whom we send a kit. This will normally be a small population consisting essentially of those employees not in the company sponsored healthcare plan, either because they are ineligible or because they are eligible but have waived participation.
