Full Service Outsourcing ..How it works

The Complete Comply full service option is very simple. You outsource to us and we do all the work.

After you buy a subscription, our analyst takes over and drives the Compliance effort. This service is used most often by those companies that do not have the resources or the expertise to manage compliance oer simply want the service to be done by an expert party. In some cases the company has a complex benefit environment that requires special hands on support by an expert. This support is provided for a full year at a cost that is less than you would pay for an hour of Cafeteria Plan consulting.

How it works

After you become a subscriber; an analyst is assigned to your account.
After you provide some initial information our compliance analyst takes over and handles all of the compliance requirements on an outsourced basis.
The analyst will work directly with your organization to define your needs and then put together a plan to accomplish compliance. The responsibility for managing the compliance effort, receiving data, sending out HIRD forms, communicating with the Connector is outsourced directly to Complete Comply in the same way as your accountant would prepare your tax returns.

What are the steps in the Full Service Process:

There are 3 Phases that are managed by the BCA Analyst assigned to your case. They are covered briefly below; for a more detailed explanation follow the link in each section

1.Design and Analysis:

In this phase all of the requirements for compliance are obtained, including some general information on your organization. You can provide this information either on a BCA web page or on a paper form that can be faxed or mailed to our office. BCA will review the information you submit and explain the process and answer your questions during a phone call or meeting. more

2. Implementation:

The activities necessary to compliance such as Cafeteria Plan document preparation, the distribution of employee communication materials and providing data to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Mass Connector are initiated. more

3. Operation:

Compliance is not a one time event; it is a continual process. There are tasks to be performed as new employees are hired, plan effective dates approach and when information is required by the Commonwealth. Each of these tasks requires scheduling and initiating various activities all during the year. more
